In this land of Etruscans, much of the customary in food has been developed from traditions started during the bronze age and are as diverse as the land they rest on. Near the coast it is quite easily deducted that many classics include the fruits of the sea like spaghetti alle vongole or alle scoglie whereas inland you will find more animal products like pecorino, prosciutto, and tagliatelle di coniglio (hare) or di cinghiale (wild boar). It is quite difficult to give an exact list of typical food for this diverse region since this province encompasses numerous different types of land, each with their own variety of nature.
