Montecatini Terme
Positioned between Lucca and Florence, the town owes its national and international reputation to the quality of its thermal baths rich of therapeutic properties that made this town one of the most popular destinations in Italy for thermal spa tourism. This little medieval town is one of the biggest Spa centers of Italy and Europe. People can find many termal spas in and around Montecatini Terme, but the most beutiful and important are: Terme Leopoldine, Terme Excelsior, Terme Tamerici, Terme Tettuccio - the most ancient spa of the city and often considered its symbol - Terme Regina, Terme la Salute and the Istituto Termale Grocco - famous because since 1583 it allowed guests to enter for free.
Monsummano Terme
Located in the province of Pistoia, in the Valdinievole valley, is a popular Spa resort. It dates back to 1600s and immediately began famous for its thermal waters. Nowadays the town has developed an intense thermal tourism thanks to its two natural caves: Grotta Giusti and Grotta Parlanti.

Bagni di Lucca
Situated in the province of Lucca, the town was already known for the thermal properties of its springs made up of calcium and sulphate, since the Etruscan and Roman ages and this makes of it one of the oldest Spas in Europe. The town became one of the most important Spa towns and during the 19th century it became even more popular than during the Renaissance.

San Giuliano Terme (Bagni di Pisa)
It hosts one of the major Spas and one of the few mineral waters springs which, rising at the feet of Monte San Giuliano, is one of the main reservoir close to the city. The origins of this thermal area dates back to Etruscan Times. They have a prestigious past, but they became popular during 1700s when the Granduke of Tuscany used the present Bagni di Pisa resort building as his private residence. From that moment on the Terme di San Giuliano became an attraction for many important people.
Casciana Terme
The extraordinary properties of this thermal water are known since 1100 a.D. The legend says that it was Mathilde di Canossa who discovered the therapeutic properties of this salubrious water and decided to build a few tubs which were the first steps of what we see today.

The province of Siena is rich of thermal springs that, combined with the area's climate and landscape, attract many visitors every year. These thermal springs have many therapeutic and healing properties.

Terme San Filippo
Immersed in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, it is one of the most spectacular thermal areas in Tuscany. It is documented that, due to the therapeutic properties of its water, this thermal bath was renowned and used since the Middle Ages and Renaissance.

Terme di Saturnia
Situated in Saturnia - a division of Manciano - in the province of Grosseto, the town of Saturnia rose during Roman times, near the thermal springs already known at that time. The waters of Saturnia were know also by the Etruscan who immediately understood their miracolous properties. From 280 b.C. it was the Romans who took benefits of this waters as the first to realize buildings around the area.
Terme di Saturnia is a group of open-air free hot springs. Around the free area a luxurious thermal resort was built - Terme di Saturnia SPA & Golf Resort - that offers four thermal pools and other facilities, while the free area consists of a canal and two waterfalls: Cascate del Gorello and Cascate del Mulino.
